It has a wider heel and midfoot to distribute your weight more evenly. The Primal 3 still utilizes our signature IBR outsole for a lightweight, flexible feel!With fit and feel in mind, we've listened to your feedback and made the Primal 3 available in half sizes across the board, because when it comes to comfort, we believe every inch counts!Speaking of comfort, our new recycled PU insole takes things up a notch. This is a unisex shoe, so the width is the same for both men's and women's. As with all Lems shoes, if you need more volume inside the shoe or increased ground contact, you can remove the insole.
