PTP Total Resistance System, PTP's gym in a bag the Total Resistance System provides a full body workout in a compact package that doesn't hog space. The five different Powertubes let us increase or decrease resistance by adding removing or switching tubes while the PTP handles straps and indoor/outdoor anchors let us work out anywhere and anytime--at home on the road or at the gym. Each Powertube features a unique resistance level giving us the versatility to work on everything from gentle muscle toning to muscle growth and endurance training.
