It can be placed in your top tube bag or simply zip tied to your handlebars in a way that makes charging access convenient to you.The device is waterproof, meaning that it can be used inside or outside of your bikepacking bags--provided you use a bit of dielectric grease on the USB-A ports to prevent surface rust.
